Orval Underwood/Owner
As the owner and lead electrician of our company, I take pride in being hands-on in every aspect of the business. I run the company alongside my wife, and together we oversee daily operations, client relationships, and long-term growth. From the first phone call to the final inspection, I stay personally involved to ensure each project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
With over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, I am a second-generation electrician who grew up learning the trade firsthand. That background has given me a deep respect for craftsmanship, code compliance, and doing the job right the first time. I bring that same work ethic to every residential and commercial project we take on.
In addition to working in the field, I communicate closely with general contractors, other subcontractors, and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. I believe strong communication is just as important as technical skill, and I strive to make the entire process clear, dependable, and stress-free for everyone involved.
Above all, my goal is to provide safe, reliable electrical solutions while building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and quality workmanship. In 2021 we opened Orval Electric LLC, in order to serve our customers.
Rachel Underwood/Administrative Manager
As an owner of the company I oversee the business at a high level, I am deeply involved in the day-today administrative functions, marketing efforts, and project coordination that keep our company running smoothly. My goal is to create a solid foundation that allows our electricians to focus on delivering safe, high quality electrical work while our customers experience professionalism, reliability, and clear communication from start to finish.
